The 16,000 SF facility was constructed on-time and under budget in collaboration with Moman Architects. Approximately $5MM will be spent on constructing additional wings, updating airplane hangars, general building maintenance and concrete work at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, William P. Hobby Airport and Ellington Airport. Jamail & Smith Construction is one of two contractors selected by the City of Houston Airport System to hold this contract, which goes into effect in June 2010. This project, valued at $2.1 MM, was completed in conjunction with Relative Architecture, who designed the 27 rooms that were added to the facility.
