Stafford ISD: High School

Last week, we talked about the interior renovation of Stafford ISD’s middle school that converted an existing space to meet the needs of their newest school: STEM Magnet Academy. Our team was also asked to help make improvements to Stafford ISD’s high school. 

Dedicated to quality construction results, our team worked closely with the owner and architect to understand their goals and expectations for the space. Our team provided recommendations for cost savings and maintained the intended scope of work that would meet their needs.  

With the final established project scope, our team upgraded the existing library area, adding a restroom, new canopies, open air foyers, four collaboration rooms, and a special needs room with a kitchenette. 

Over the course of both projects, our team’s recommendations and solutions saved the district over 10% of allocated costs, or $400,000. 

Our team delivered a quality construction result by meeting the needs of the project scope on-time and under budget and providing an updated and modern space to be enjoyed by Stafford ISD students.
